Drydene Formsyn™ XD
DRYDENE FORMSYN™ XD is a heavy-duty synthetic drawing and stamping fluid designed for extreme pressure applications where maximum protection is required. The unique combination of chlorinated polymer EP additives provides exceptional protection to dies and the forming implements. FORMSYN XD may be used neat or in a dilution with water.

Product Applications
DRYDENE FORMSYN XD may be used at full strength or diluted with water in a variety of heavy-duty metalworking applications:
• Steel blanking
• Drawing
• Tube bending
• End forming
Formsyn XD has a typical use dilution in water range of up to 5%
and can be applied by brushing, spraying, rolling and dipping.
