Ricky Weiss – the “Manitoba Missile” – hails from Headingley, Manitoba, Canada and drives the #7 late model car in the World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series. He is also the 2019 Rookie of the Year in the World of Outlaws Late Model Series. Weiss turned heads during his rookie season, with 13 podium finishes, 17 top-fives, 30 top-10s and an average finish of 7.6. He placed third in points for the 2019 season, the highest finish by a rookie in Series history.
While Weiss was an Outlaw rookie in 2019, he’s more than proven on the dirt track, with over 13 years behind the wheel and 100+ career wins. His most memorable win took place on August 10, 2018, as he took the 37th annual North-South 100 at Florence Speedway in convincing fashion. He’ll carry the Drydene colors throughout each race during the 2020 and 2021 seasons.
